Hi Barbara,
Let me start by saying that is very nice to meet you. I hope that you in enjoy this project, or at least you learn from it.
I am not 100% sure how Ms Calderon wants us to correspond, but what I am planning on doing is mimicking your statements back to you.

hello.:

My name is Barbara Talamantes I am a student of high school.
I`m 17 years old. I`m fun, I`m diligent in the school, I like to
know people and have a lot of friends.
My name is Bryon Gaskin. I was a student in high school along along time ago, about the same time your teacher Ms Calderon was in high school. I know that in Spanish you use the word conocer a (to know someone); however in English it is more common to say. "I like meeting people" or "I like to get to know..."

This mail is sent because I was forced by my teacher.
This is a new project, It`s fun for me. I like to practice my English.

So Ms Calderon forced you to do this project? If this project is fun for you and you like to practice your English, then I don't think she forced you. You might look at it this way, Ms Calderon has given you another opportunity to learn.

I`m live in Ensenada B, C, this city is pretty part, it has
a lot of tourist places. this city is so visided for many people
of another places. you should take a vacations at this port. i
f you don`t know this city you should visit us.
I visited Ensenada in 2000. I went there with one of my friends from Mexicali. Her last name is Calderon too, just like your teacher. Maybe you know her. She was on Big Brother Mexico (Eva Cristina Calderon). I have to agree with you Ensenada is a very nice place.

I want to know if you like your language?
tell me how is my teacher, my teacher is very
special for me and very demanding, she is a good person.
Do I like my language? Well I guess I do. English is different from Spanish in many ways, actually it different from a lot of the romance languages like Spanish, French, and Italian, especially how the sentenced are formed. What I can tell you is that compared to English, Spanish is a much more powerful language. Like it or not English is spoken all over the world and if you want to compete in the modern world you will need to be able to speak English.
Barbara, you and I have something in common, your teacher, Ms Calderon, was also my teacher while I lived in Mexico. I took a Spanish class at Cetys in Mexicali, and Ms Calderon was my Spanish teacher. ( I won't tell you if I learned anything from her or not :D)

Well I am going to let you go for now.
I hope you enjoy this project and if you have any questions about what I wrote let me know.

Regards,

Bryon

I`m waiting for your answer
have a nice day!!!!!!!!!!!!!
